Convenient access to subway / public transit.

Hotel charges for internet. Internet connection is not wireless. Inadequate business Centre.

In today's day and age, internet is a must whether the trip is for business or leisure and charging separately for internet in a hotel room is like charging separately for a washroom facility or towels. Moreover, the connection was wired, not wireless. So me and my daughter could not use our laptops at the same time even though both had a lot of work planned. Even the paid connection was very slow and of poor quality. If I had known this, I would not have chosen this hotel and I would definitely avoid this hotel on my future visits. I had to use their business centre because of this at late night, which is equipped with out-dated computers and of course slow connection. I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my turn (after 9 pm at night) since there are only 2 computers for such a big hotel and while I was using the computer, 2 other guests came and went back since both computers were occupied. ...read more
